Charlie’s Catering specializes in catering to private, preparatory, and charter schools. Chef’s has been in business for over 25 years and has been fine tuning every aspect of the food service business ever since. Our mission is to help contribute to the overall educational experience of our children. We are committed to doing our part by providing nothing but the highest quality nutritional food. A well nourished child is one who is more mentally alert and therefore learns better. Our staff members are certified, professional, they take courses, and attend seminars for continuing education in child nutrition.
Charlie’s Catering takes pride in serving the community by providing excellent service to local schools, providing delicious and nutritious food to our children. We put forward our best,so that our children can be at their best!
Charlie’s Catering
Charlie Irving started in the restaurant and catering business 20 years ago, when he left 15 years of corporate management in Kroger Food to open up his first restaurant. Charlie’s passion for feeding people good food with fresh ingredients led him to getting started in the food business.
Serving only the freshest ingredients he would be happy to serve his own children, combined with the attention to customer satisfaction and quality service, Charlie’s staff starts prepping all catering at 4:30am, when other caterers’ food is still sitting in a freezer. Not here at Charlie’s Catering. Daily preparation of fresh food, is the hallmark of any quality catering company, and you can be sure to expect to eat only the best food, with the best ingredients, and the best service when you hire Charlie’s Catering.
